Living Finishes Statement
You are buying a product made in a "living finish" that is uncoated and in its natural state. The product is intended to age, patina and oxidise from its manufacture, and we cannot control what condition the product has evolved to prior to purchase. Some items may have oxidised or dark spots. This is a normal part of how the products patina, as they are all quality and flow tested prior to arriving in Australia.
Marks can be treated as per our raw brass care guide, to bring them back to bright gold to allow the item to age & patina evenly. This may take some initial effort, but it is a normal part of the raw brass finish.
INDUSTRIE TAPWARE will not accept returns for aesthetic blemishes that can be treated onsite to bring them back to their natural brass state. Like any other unsealed, natural products, there are no guarantees as to how the material will evolve and age. If this is not something you are prepared for, we recommend you select a different finish or choose a gold product that has a protective coating.
Warranties
We aim to provide our customers with a peace of mind when you purchase from Industrie Tapware. All our basin, bathtubs and toilets come with a 20-year warranty, while our tapware and bathroom accessories have industry leading 30-year warranty. We will repair or replace goods that are faulty through workmanship or materials free of charge within the first year. After the first year, products are still covered for their remainder lifetime period, but additional labour costs apply.

Bathroom Vanities
We sell Australian-made bathroom vanity and furniture products manufactured by Marquis and Timberline, who have their own warranty terms.

Timberline's warranties are based on the inclusions of each vanity style and internals selected. See their Timberline Warranty Guide for more information.
Returns
Returns of Industrie Tapware products are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that you produce satisfactory proof of purchase and the item is in its unused, original condition. Restocking fees may apply. For products produced or imported by other brands, sold as 3rd party products, the return terms for that company apply.
For custom products, please choose carefully as once they are in production, order cancellations and product returns cannot be accepted.

Industrie Tapware use 3rd-party couriers to deliver products Australia-wide. Due to frequent fluctuation of the cost of deliveries, some areas and items require a custom quotation.
If your delivery address has specific limitations that pertain to receiving deliveries, such as access to site, steep or narrow roads, inability to receive pallet deliveries to kerbside, specific loading or receiving locations or if you require a forklift delivery, please reach out to us for a custom delivery quotation, prior to placing an order. Email orders@industrietapware.com.au to request a custom delivery quote.
Once you have placed your order and full payment is received by Industrie Tapware, stocked items from your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours to all Major Capital Cities on the Australian Eastern Seaboard. For non-stocked or custom items, we will advise you of lead times as applicable.
Holding orders
We can hold paid orders for a short time in advance of delivery. Please reach out to our Orders team for more information. For extended order holding, storage fees may apply.
