Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt by the Customer of delivery from Industrie Tapware, in line with our Terms and Conditions, so long as;
- Within 24-48 hours of delivery or collection and prior to laying, installation or use of any Goods, the Customer will inspect the Goods as appropriate as to the type, quantity, quality, aesthetics, appearance, finish, shade, colours, layout patterns, suitability of purpose and any other characteristic of the Goods
- The Goods are returned in the original state or condition in which they were supplied, and remain in original boxes together with all packaging and instruction material
- The Goods are in as new condition as is reasonably possible, and are from current stock held in store by Industrie Tapware and, if applicable, matching current stock shade, model or finish
- All Goods returned by the Customer are subject to assessment by Industrie Tapware, and Industrie Tapware may, if permitted by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law, refuse to accept the return of the Goods at its sole discretion.
Restocking fees apply:
IDT stocked products
20% restocking fee plus any repackaging and handling fees, subject to supplier conditions
IDT custom products
Custom products are non-refundable. Please ensure your order is clearly checked prior to submitting.
Tiles
25% restocking fee plus any repackaging and handling fees, subject to supplier conditions
Vanities
Vanities are considered custom orders. Please ensure your order is clearly checked as this is a non-refundable product.

- Ex-Showroom Display items have been unboxed and displayed in our showroom
- Eligible to our normal warranties, as applicable within the items present condition
- Sales are final, no returns are accepted on ex-display items unless they are faulty/ do not function as expected.
- In event of fault discovered after installation, email with photos/ video of concern, with contact details, proof of purchase and details of licenced installer, must be emailed to support@industrietapware.com.au for investigation and troubleshooting.
- Industrie Tapware will endeavour to rectify any fault relating to ex-display items, under our warranty and terms and conditions of sale.
- If the issue relates to faults due to incorrect installation, Industrie Tapware holds no liability for the fault and concerns should be raised with the installation team. - Sold in as-is condition; where we have the box, it will be fulfilled in box
- Where we no longer have the box, it will be wrapped for fulfilment - Held at IDT Showroom in Willoughby or at First Logistics Warehouse Caringbah, collection available from the location the item is held at, which is specified in the item listing.
