All Industrie Tapware products are designed in Australia, while our tapware internals are European (Kerox cartridges, Neoperl aerators and Tucai hoses)


How do I see the prices?

You need to register for an account to be able to view our prices. This can be done via the Account Set-Up page on our website. 


What happens after I sign up to the website?

Once you have signed up to the website you will be contacted within 24hrs by one of our Sales Consultants to take you through the process of your first order.


Where can I view the product before purchasing?

All Industrie products can be viewed via the online catalogue or come visit our showroom at 493 Willoughby Rd, Willoughby NSW. 


How do I show my clients your products?

Do you have brochures or product sheets for me to give to my clients?

How long does it take to receive my products once I do my online order?

Once you have placed your order and full payment is received at Industrie Tapware you will received your order within 48 – 72 hours to all Major Capital Cities on the Australian Eastern Seaboard.


What if there is a problem with the goods I have received?

What does WELS mean?

WELS is an Australia government initiative that stands for ‘Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards’. WELS is the mandatory labelling for all tapware and shower products sold in Australia, indicating their water efficiency. The higher the WELS star rating on a product, the more water efficient the product is. Please refer to http://www.waterrating.gov.au for more information

How do I receive specifications?

For any specifications please login to our wholesale website and the specifictations can be found within each product tab.


What type of finishes does the Tapware come in?

The Tapware comes in a Polished Chrome, Matt Black, Brushed Nickel, Raw Brass and Brushed Gunmetal.


Do you do customise finishes?

Yes, we can do custom finishes and would be happy to work with you on the perfect design.  The lead time on a custom finish is currently 12 weeks.


What is the process of our deliveries?

If you order before 11am, we offer a quick delivery service reaching you between 1-2 business days. 

We use First Logistics based in Sydney. They are a vertically integrated logistics company handling all our products from origin, right through to delivery to our customers. First Logistics handle our import shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, stock management & deliveries (local and interstate).

How much do the bathtubs weigh?

Bathtubs can weigh approximately 45kg – 55kg depending on the size and shape.


Do your bathtubs come with a waste?

No they do not, as there are many different types and styles to choose from.


How do I clean my Industrie Tapware products?

Only use clear warm water to rinse and a soft cotton cloth to dry. Never use any abrasive products (such as cleaners, cloths, paper, acidic detergents, harsh cleaner or soap.


What do I do if I have high water pressure?

You will need to call a licensed plumber. There are several options your plumber can take to correct unequal pressure, like a pressure compensating valve.


What should I do if my tap is leaking?

There are many reasons why your tap may be leaking. Industrie Tapware recommends that you should have your washers and seals swapped every 12 months. Washers and seals can be purchased from your local plumbing supply store and can be installed by a licenced plumber if you have no plumbing experience.
