Customer Service and Operations Coordinator
Industrie Tapware is actively searching for a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator to provide us with exceptional support both in both a client-facing and business development capacity.
What your days will look like:
- Be the key point of contact for all client relationships and management
- Triage enquiries from clients and team members
- Manage and maintain an accurate customer database
- Consistently monitor and drive enhancement of our customer journey
- Complete the trade setup of customers and ensure they are catered for
- Organise orders and liaise with our warehouse & logistics tea
- Inventory management of stock levels and dealing with key stakeholders
- Maintain meeting records, commitments and action items for the team
- Collate reports for CEO
- Be the first point of contact for Industrie Tapware for all external stakeholders
- General office administration tasks assigned by the CEO
